Graham Browning has over 30 years’ experience in the central London office market. He has transacted in excess £3bn of office assets through acquisition and disposition. He has been working with the Directors of Westmount for the last 3 years.
Prior to Westmount, Graham ran Browning Real estate Limited, a boutique London advisory established 2013, specialising in value add transactions and development consultancy.
Prior to BRE, Graham worked at Allsop LLP for 21 years, the last 9 years as an equity partner. Starting as a graduate in 1992, he initially specialised in city office leasing, gaining invaluable experience as to how tenants actually occupy properties. Thereafter he specialised in investment transactions and development consultancy, establishing the Allsop city investment team in 1998 which he headed until 2013.

Simon Smith is one of the founders of Westmount Real Estate. He has over 30 years’ experience within the UK and Continental Europe property markets and has held senior positions at two of the sectors leading specialist property companies.
Prior to Westmount Simon was Managing Director at Redevco for the UK and Nordics region for 5 years, responsible for over £1bn of assets. Redevco is a well-known private property company specialising in city centre offices and retail. During his tenure over £440m of assets were traded and Redevco consistently outperformed its IPD benchmark.
Simon has also worked at M&G (now known as Prudential Property Investment Management) and Chartwell Land where he was responsible for a number of development schemes.
Whilst at Chartwell Land, Simon ran the £700m retail warehouse portfolio sale to Pillar Properties and was also involved in the demerger from Kingfisher and listing of Kesa Electricals onto the London Stock Exchange. He started his career in 1989 at Grimley JR Eve (now GVA) gaining experience in planning and agency.
Simon received a BSc (Honours) degree in Land Management from the University of Reading.
Construction Strategy & Execution
Tim White is the Chief Operating Officer of Workplace Futures Group, ESGW’s construction partner. Tim started his career as a designer in workplace interiors and quickly moved into project management. Tim joined Modus, a subsidiary of WFG, in 1999 and became managing director in 2010. Tim is shareholder of WFG and moved into his current role of Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
Tim has a broad role in the business, providing operational oversight, ensuring compliance with standards including ESG strategy and implementation. Tim was instrumental in WFG gaining BCorp accreditation. Tim also spends much of his time working on client projects where his extensive experience adds significant value.
