About Verde

Verde combines practical in-house construction capability with a deep understanding on how to deliver cost justified low carbon solutions for the whole life cycle of an office building.

The owners of the business are actively working with multiple occupiers at a granular level to understand and develop space which employees want and expect. We combine effective development skills and investment metrics to select assets which meet these criteria.

Verde was founded to:

1. Acquire underperforming buildings primarily in core central London locations and to reposition them to be attractive to occupiers and investors; and

2. Assist existing property owners in London and throughout the UK with the refurbishment of their buildings to create and deliver future resilient assets.

About Westmount Real Estate Limited

Founded in 2013 Westmount is a real estate investment and asset management company who have advised UK and international funds on £1bn of investments.

During the past decade Westmount has acted as an investment, asset and development managers to acquire and sell offices, and, have achieved strong returns through a professional and detailed approach to asset and property management issues. The directors have long term relationships within the marketplace and considerable depth of knowledge and contacts to enable them to generate well-structured business plans.
