Our core asset strategy is to reinvent buildings, refurbishment over redevelopment, to create design and technology led office spaces with strong credentials, not just around the construction phases but for the asset’s whole lifecycle, to underpin performance and value.

Performance Measurement
Our investment activities operate through numerous stakeholders and all RIBA Plan of Work Stages, including pre-acquisition, construction, operation and potential future disposal. To capture and leverage the unique ESG value we create at all stages of the asset’s lifecycle, we implement a robust data collection, measurement and reporting process through all activities and all stakeholders.
- Adopt a robust ESG data collection framework, capturing design, construction and operational data through all RIBA Stages and supply chain partners.
- Provide a bespoke ESG Dashboard for each asset, giving targeted ESG analysis, insights and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to optimise performance at all stages.
- We identify that stakeholders are the ones who give assets their commercial value, funding, consenting, insuring, letting and even buying them.
